The collected data is used solely for the purpose of detecting and preventing cheating and fraud, with the objective of providing a fair gaming experience for all users.

We may collect additional information as required by specific Services or features within our platform. In such cases, we may provide separate privacy notices detailing the collection and usage of this information. In order to provide you with a comprehensive gaming experience, we may merge and update our collected personal data with data from third-party contractors to update your profile (e.g., the information of your connected third-party accounts), perform market analysis, and/or for other purposes set forth in Policy, with your prior consent or where we have other legal grounds permissible under applicable laws. (1) remembering you: cookies, web beacons and similar technologies can help us identify you as a registered user or keep the preferences or data that you have previously provided;
(2) analyzing how you use our services: cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to understand what visitors (including users) are doing on our services, or what pages or sections are most popular;
(3) serving advertising: cookies, web beacons and similar technologies help us provide you with advertising that we believe is relevant to you or of interest to you, on the basis of your provided data; and/or
(4) other related functions or purposes mentioned in Section 2.
3.3 You may choose to allow the installation of such cookies and then prohibit them. However, our service may fail to operate in the way of design if you refuse to install or prohibit such cookies.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
4.1 We collect and process your personal data mentioned in Section 2 above for the following purposes, including:
(1) help you create a Luckycalf Account (collectively, the “Account”) and enable you to manage your Account and maintain your personal profile;
(2) to facilitate your use of various LUCKY CALF's Products and Services with your Luckycalf Account;
(3) allow you to access or restrict your access to the LUCKY CALF's Products and Services;
(4) provide you the services required by you and perform our contractual obligations towards you;
(5) analyze and manage LUCKY CALF's Products and Services for system administration, user service, security, fraud-detection, check the authenticity of an account owner, archival and/or backup purposes;
(6) correct bugs or errors, improve our services and respond to customer desires and preferences;
(7) verify and confirm payment;
(8) provide you offers on or through the LUCKY CALF's Products and Services and deliver advertising that may be relevant to your interests;
(9) keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, notify special events and offer other data pertaining to our services;
(10) fulfill our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, respond to requests of government authorities;
(11) establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
(12) analyze, profile, segment, merge and/or update all collected data (regardless of an aggregated or individualized manner) for the purposes of improving service quality and providing a better experience;
(13) protect the integrity, information safety, and financial security of our services or our users, comply with legal obligations, and enforce compliance with the Terms of Service or other restrictions placed on your use of the LUCKY CALF's Products and Services;
(14) track your process across our websites and applications to verify that you are not a bot and to optimize our services;
(15) other purposes which are permissible under applicable law and which we notify you of at the time of obtaining your consent.
For the purposes set forth above, our affiliates may be commissioned to process your information, provided that such affiliates comply with terms in this Privacy Policy.
4.2 For the purpose of providing personalized advertisements, you acknowledge and confirm that we may collect and process the data to:
(1) deliver, target and improve our advertising; and/or
(2) improve advertising and other marketing and promotional activities;
We or our authorized contractors may deliver advertisements, marketing or promotional communications. If you do not wish to receive such information, you may request that we or our contractors remove your data from the contact list.
5.1 Share
We will only collect and use your personal data for the purposes and within the scope of this Privacy Policy or as required by law and regulations, and will keep it strictly confidential. In general, we will not share your personal data with any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:
(1) with your prior consent;
(2) where the sharing of your personal information is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, governmental compulsion or judicial decision;
(3) to the extent required or permitted by law, it is necessary to provide your personal information to third parties in order to protect us, its users or the public from harm to their interests, property or safety;
(4) your personal information may be shared among our affiliated companies. We will only share personal information that is necessary and such sharing is subject to the stated purposes of this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate wishes to change the purpose of processing personal information, it will again seek your authorized consent;
(5) in order to provide you with improved, quality products and services, some of our Services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some of your personal information with our partners in order to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information for purposes that are legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit, and only as much personal information as is necessary to provide the services. We also require our partners to handle your personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Our partners are not authorized to use the personal information shared for any other purpose. If you refuse to allow our partners to collect the personal information necessary to provide the service, you may not be able to use that third party service on our platform.
The collection and processing of information by our partners is subject to their own privacy policy or related statements, which do not apply to this Policy. In order to maximize the security of your information, we recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third party service before using it. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, if you find that the relevant third-party services have risks, we recommend that you immediately terminate the relevant operations and contact us in a timely manner.
5.2 Transfer.
We will not transfer your personal data to any company, organization or individual, except for the following:
(1) Transferring with obtaining explicit consent: after obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;
(2) Provision in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, requirements of legal proceedings, and mandatory administrative or judicial requirements as may be necessary;
(3) In the event of a merger, acquisition, transfer of assets, bankruptcy and liquidation or similar transaction involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy before we require the company or organization to seek your authorized consent again.
5.3 Disclosure.
We will only disclose your personal information publicly when:
(1) After obtaining your express consent;
(2) Disclosure based on law: We may disclose your personal information publicly if compelled to do so by law, legal process, litigation or governmental authority.
5.4 Without Your Prior Consent.
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may share, transfer, and publicly disclose personal information without obtaining your prior authorized consent in the following cases:
(1) In connection with the performance of our obligations under laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
(4) Directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.;
(5) For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other significant legitimate rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals but where it is difficult to obtain his or her consent;
(6) Personal information disclosed to the public by the subject of the personal information himself/herself;
(7) Personal information collected from information that is legally and publicly disclosed, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
5.5 In accordance with the law, sharing, transferring or publicly disclosing personal information that has been de-identified or anonymized to the extent that the data recipient is unable to recover and re-identify the information subject shall not be deemed as sharing, transferring or publicly disclosing personal information, and such data shall be stored and processed without notice to or consent from you.
6.1 The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to us at the contact details provided in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”.
6.2 Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within thirty (30) business days of receiving it.
6.3 Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing Services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described in Provision 15.7“Contact and Complaints”.
6.4 Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under Applicable Laws.
7.1 If you wish to make (1) an access request for access to a copy of the personal data which we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your personal data, or (2) a correction request to correct or update any of your personal data which we hold about you, you may submit your request in writing or via email to us at the contact details provided in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”.
7.2 Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
7.3 We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. In general, our response will be within thirty (30) business days. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) business days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) business days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under Laws).
8. ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA
We generally rely on personal data provided by you (or your authorized representative). In order to ensure that your personal data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are changes to your personal data by informing us in writing or via email at the contact details provided in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”.
9.1 We will keep your data for as long as your Account is active or only for as needed to provide you the LUCKY CALF's Products and Services unless deletion is carried out in accordance with your request or as otherwise required by law.
9.2 WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN DATA CENTERS LOCATED IN SINGAPORE. YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO COUNTRIES OR REGIONS OUTSIDE OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE WHERE WE HAVE AFFILIATED COMPANY OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, WHICH MAY HAVE DATA PROTECTION RULES THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM THOSE OF YOUR COUNTRY. THESE ENTITIES COMMIT TO PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE DATA PROTECTION LAWS AND TO IMPLEMENTING APPROPRIATE SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
10.1 Generally, we'll keep your personal data in the time limit necessary for you to perform the contract between us and you as well as the legal obligations. If you suspend the permit or definitely cancel the permit for us to collect, use and disclose your personal data, we (and any third party in cooperation with us) will stop all such use immediately. In such case you may request us to delete your personal data and close your account.
10.2 IN THE CASE YOU REQUEST TO REMOVE OR DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA, WE WILL RETAIN YOUR DATA AS LONG AS NECESSARY FOR APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, SUCH AS TO COMPLY WITH OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS, RESOLVE DISPUTES, AND/OR ENFORCE THE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND US. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REMOVAL OR DELETION OF ANY OF YOUR DATA MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF SOME OF OUR APPLICABLE SERVICES.
10.3 WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW, WE WILL ONLY STORE YOUR INFORMATION AS LONG AS NECESSARY TO FULFILL THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND PROCESSED OR WHERE THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS PROVIDE FOR LONGER STORAGE AND RETENTION PERIOD. UPON THE EXPIRATION OF SUCH PERIOD, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE DELETED, BLOCKED OR ANONYMIZED, AS PROVIDED BY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
11.1 To safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have endeavored to take appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and the method of electronic storage is not completely secure. THEREFORE, WE DON'T PROMISE (AND YOU SHOULD NEVER EXPECT) THAT YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE SAFE ALL ALONG DESPITE THE MEASURES WE TAKE TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION.
11.2 While we strive to protect your personal data, we strongly urge you to take every possible precaution to protect your personal data when using our services, including but not limited to changing your passwords from time to time, not reflecting your real name or other personal data in registration, using a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords, using a secure browser and/or taking other possible security measures. We also remind you to be aware of the risks of hacking, cyber-attacks, etc. on the Internet.
11.3 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ADVERTISERS OR WEBSITES WITH LINKS TO AND/OR FROM OUR WEBSITES OR GAMES MAY COLLECT PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOU. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES, AND CANNOT CONTROL THE ACTIVITIES OF THOSE OTHER ADVERTISERS OR WEBSITES. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ THE PRIVACY POLICY OF SUCH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES WHICH YOU MAY BE DIRECTED TO BEFORE PROVIDING ANY PERSONAL DATA.
12.1 This section (“Your Rights”) applies to users that are located in the European Economic Area only. For user located in other territories, please refer to the privacy clause in this Policy and Terms of Service.
12.2 You have certain rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. Some of these only apply in certain circumstances (as set out in more detail below). We must respond to a request by you to exercise those rights without undue delay and at least within one month (though this may be extended by a further two months in certain circumstances). 12.3 Access. You have the right to access personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we share it with. You can access the personal data you have made available as part of your account by logging into your Luckycalf Account or contacting us via the contact details provided in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”of this Policy. If you believe we hold any other personal data about you, please contact us via the contact details provided in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”of this Policy.
12.4 Portability.
12.4.1 You have the right to receive a copy of certain personal data we process about you. This comprises any personal data we process on the basis of your consent (e.g., certain survey information) or pursuant to our contract with you, as described in the section “How We Use Your Personal Data”. You have the right to receive this data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that we transfer that personal data to another party.
12.4.2 If you wish for us to transfer such personal data to a third party, please ensure you detail that party in your request. Note that we can only do so where it is technically feasible. Please note that we may not be able to provide you with personal data if providing it would interfere with another's rights (e.g., where providing the personal data we hold about you would reveal data about another person or our trade secrets or intellectual property).
12.5 Rectification. You have the right to correct any personal data held about you that is inaccurate. You can access the personal data you have made available as part of your account by logging into your Luckycalf Account. If you believe we hold any other personal data about you and that information is inaccurate, please contact us via the contact details provided in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”of this Policy..
12.6 Erasure.
12.6.1 You can delete your account, or remove certain personal data, by logging into your Luckycalf Account. If there is any other personal data you believe we process that you would like us to erase, please contact us via the contact details provided in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”of this Policy..
12.6.2 You may request that we erase the personal data we hold about you in the following circumstances:
(1) you believe that it is no longer necessary for us to hold such personal data;
(2) you believe the personal data we hold about you is being unlawfully processed by us.
12.6.3 You can also exercise your right to restrict our processing of your personal data (as described below) whilst we consider your request.
12.6.4 We may need to retain personal data if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (e.g., for the defense of legal claims or freedom of expression) but we will let you know if that is the case. Where you have requested that we erase personal data that has been made available publicly on the Game Services and there are grounds for erasure, we will use reasonable steps to try to tell others that are displaying the personal data or providing links to the personal data to erase it too.
12.7 Restriction of Processing to Storage Only.
12.7.1 You have a right to require us to stop processing the personal data we hold about you other than for storage purposes in certain circumstances. Please note, however, that if we stop processing the personal information, we may use it again if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (e.g., for the defense of legal claims or for another’s protection). As above, where we agree to stop processing the personal information, we will try to tell any third party to whom we have disclosed the relevant personal information so that they can stop processing it too.
12.7.2 You may request we stop processing and just store the personal information we hold about you when:
(1) you believe the personal data is not accurate for the period it takes for us to verify whether it is accurate
(2) you wish to erase the personal data as the processing we are doing is unlawful, but you want us to retain the personal data but just store it instead;
(3) you wish to erase the personal data as it is no longer necessary for our purposes, but you require it to be stored for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
12.8 Objection. You have the right to object to our processing of personal data about you. We will consider your request provided that you contact us via the contact details in Provision 15.7 “Contact and Complaints”of this Policy and explain the relevant circumstances in detail.
12.9 Announcements. We may from time to time send you announcements when we consider it necessary to do so (such as when we temporarily suspend Game access for maintenance, or security, privacy, or administrative-related communications). You may not opt-out of these service-related announcements, which are not promotional in nature.
13.1 OUR SERVICE IS NOT TARGETED AT CHILDREN OR MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT OR MAINTAIN PERSONAL DATA OR NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ABOUT ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18, NOR IS ANY PART OF OUR WEBSITE, GAMES OR OTHER SERVICES TARGETED AT THEM.
13.2 As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow any child or minor in your care to submit personal data to us. Please also consult our Terms of Service for more information.
